Russian military sats have secret internal names and a "Kosmos" cover name such as Kosmos-2590. It used to be that TASS gave these cover names at launch, but recently they've stopped doing so. We may have to wait months for Russia's UN filing to be sure of today's sats's names

A complication is the deployment of subsatellites; sometimes they get Kosmos names and sometimes not.
Are 2025-131C and 2025-026F Kosmos-2590 and 2591 perhaps? Or not?
