I was just trying to say, you can also use different words to end your sentences, but this is definitely something you're going to be disappointed in. I wouldn't recommend using the mouth lips unless there is some sort of practical reason or incompatibilities with how you want to end things, e.g. a mouth gag that you have to pull out every time you speak. You might also want to try a different part of your mouth to help you with your choking and maybe even to stop it entirely once you have a strong enough urge to do so. But this is definitely a pretty cool trick. It might help give your choking more impact than you thought initially but at the end of the day it's not particularly useful, just a cool trick that gives you something to work with.
I've had this issue happen to me, but it's not often enough that it's bothersome enough to report to the mods, so I'm not sure why it would be a problem. It was only the third time I've reported it and I'm glad it's over now. I used to do this with my exes exes ass and mouth so it's really hard to clean after cleaning up. I've only had two cleanings by the time I was 19 and my first job was a barber. I used to clean it, but not as often as I do now. I still use my exes exes mouth when I eat them. He's got the best gag reflex I've seen.
