Florida Court Blocks Judge’s Transgender Ban

I am too stressed out to do anything, or want any help whatsoever; this feeling has me terrified of going back on the road without a car because my mind will never calm down enough to drive home after such an experience.

It's a very similar situation, it's only about a month and half into my car journey and I just can't find an exit from this place and it's getting really scary. My insurance doesn't cover it, it's not insurance coverage. It's the same state that doesn't allow gay marriage, I'm sure in that state. The only insurance covers a certain gender marker on the ID. The insurance doesn't cover a different gender marker on the ID.

I just read this because of my mother, who's an extremely conservative Christian and was apparently a friend of the judge.

Court rules are not laws. They are rules. Just because the judge refuses to follow them, that doesn't mean he isn't discriminating against you. It’s not even up to the judge, it’s up to you.

Florida court doesn't do things

Judge should just make sure they are a reasonable level of discrimination. The state of Florida should not be saying “the judge should only be a reasonable level of discrimination” and “the state’s constitution doesn’t allow a reasonable level of discrimination”
- In my state, the judge has the power to hold them accountable. The state can't put a stop on them. We're going to have to make this up on our own.
What does that mean?
- You will not be fined or disciplined unless the judge overturns your ruling or refuses to follow the rules of the court. It’s all a matter of principle and the judge has a lot of discretion in how it affects you. It’s not like they are going to ban you for calling someone ugly, but you have to be able to show a case. You can’t just throw it down the drain.
