I’m still learning the ropes, but my current character is not only one of the best fighters in CK3, but also the best diplomat I have ever seen. Now she can be really useful on my next Ironman game.

I'm glad she's now so well known. She really shows so much more maturity than the majority of the characters I see in other games. I feel like I was never sure what was good to say when someone said "she is so funny" or "she is so nice" and I would never know it's a thing, because I'm so used to these things.

How about the last thing you mentioned: The French military has the oldest continuous tradition of female instruction in the world, but has very little tradition of women in leadership positions. It seems to me like the closest equivalent would be the American military where men in charge of recruiting and training female soldiers were basically the ones who organized their own training, logistics, and combat units. In a modern western army the roles of female leaders have been significantly reduced due to a lack of experience in war. It is a lot of fun to play, and a lot of the best and most interesting NPCs in my game are very close to the same character, so it's worth it to really explore the character and their own style of play
