So, he's suing because Mojang didn't let him add guns to the game.
I for one don't give much of a fuck. There's already a shit ton of games with guns. Guns are us! When it comes to games, guns guns guns! In fact, is there not ports of Minecraft, or similar games, with guns?
He may be right on a technicality. And I don't care that much for Mojang. But to be frank, I also don't care if they tried to stop people from adding guns.

The class action will be pretty significant if they win, because it sets a precedent, I guess?

Maybe I'm in a minority here, but geez... I find it super hard to watch videos that have constant cuts during the speaking like this. I'd much rather just have the video be 5 minutes longer and include the natural pauses.

Holy shit you are right. The constant spewing of words makes it really hard to comprehend and process because there is no place to naturally process the words. Having pauses in conversation allows for the listening to have a place to interject and ask questions. This is just downloading without saving.
Oh my god you guys weren't kidding. I thought "oh it's just the regular kind of fast cutting that YouTubers do", but this is something extraordinarily annoying. I can barely comprehend what's being said.
The fact that he has a Swedish accent doesn't help either. I find it very annoying (very biased regarding that, admittedly).
Gonna have to watch this on mute, because every fucking word being said it's written on the screen anyway. Just have to run it on 75–50% speed or something.
Usually it's not so bad, but they're making those cuts really close to the words spoken. It's also more jarring because you can see the cuts on the screen.
The ghost of ray william johnson plagues us still.
☹️ I used to enjoy his content when I was naïve af. Now that I’m grown, I can see the salty biases he had, instead of providing nuances and diverse perspectives. But he really didn't popularize the style at all.
But I reallly really enjoy j-cut style info.
