Ified.I'm sorry you're going through this. You may be in your early 20’s and it's hard to imagine what it must have been like for you as an adult when you were a teenager, but it's so important to remember that your own actions and choices are just as important than the person you're dating. You don't need to date someone who cheats on them, but you should still be able to be friends without being sexually involved with them. It's just such shitty behavior.>It is so bad.

No, you're not exactly right.
I think you need to talk to him about it. Maybe he has an addiction and he's trying to get better. Maybe he has a past and it's a painful experience that has caused him to spiral. Maybe he just has a different way of thinking. Maybe he is just very selfish. Maybe he is just insecure and this is just something he must work on. I don’t know. You just need to talk to him about it. Maybe he is insecure and you need to work on yourself. It will take some time.

  It's because of the lack of an answer, or any responses at all, that I can't see. The fact that they're still married (and in the presence of their friends) is the most powerful and compelling response I've had for the past couple of days. So far we've received over 500,000 responses from various individuals (some of whom I haven't even considered, nor know the exact identities of) who have been affected in some way by these comments. In the end, I am convinced this sub has a decent history of this kind of thing, so if someone has any idea of a question that I don't know, please leave it in their comments. I think this sub is really meant for asking questions about history, and I hope to learn more about it in the coming days.
