This post is about a comment made by a member of my local area. I'm glad that people here are able see through the bullshit and understand the humour that comes out when someone is genuinely trying their best. You can't always see what's funny in comments but I appreciate your genuine and genuine concern for the stnts in this classroom. So...I am trying out an app called Mindfulness Meditation which uses audio cues of breathing techniques/symbols etc., then using those notes while meditating when its appropriate. The goal? I think a few months ago this guy was mentally unstable and then moved onto other projects.
