I think you need to make sure that your data is backed up somewhere for any eventuality you may have to deal with in case of failure of any kind. I personally don’t have an account at VMWare and I’m a very busy person with my own servers running at home, but I’m sure there’s someone I could use to backup my data and then recover it should be very helpful to any eventuality I face, such as if I get downsized or move, or if the server goes down due to network issues or stuff like that. You could also want to make sure that if the data gets corrupted on a server, it doesn’t have to be moved to a different server, since it’s stored on the server and there’s a backup stored there as well. You could also try making sure that any user who wants to give you a refund (which might be required due to the possibility of fraud) can get a refund in advance. Hope this helps!
