How difficult would it be to live in a modern-day developed country without a smartphone?

Because this topic came up in c/technology and I was wondering.

Would this be feasible? How bad would it be to your social life?

I'm looking for these scenarios:

1. No smartphone, but have a dumbphone and a computer
2. No phone at all, but have a computer
3. No smartphone, but have a dumbphone, no computer
4. Nothing at all
