It's such an overcomplicated solution in a mode that isn't even "incognito". Google tracks you through incognito if you use Chrome. If they really wanted to solve browser identification, they'd remove or inhibit the APIs that allow it. The Navigator object is a gold mine for identification. Not to mention the Canvas API that can be used to statistically analyse the errors your GPU makes when rendering specific things.
