I know the other two are extremely useful. If they don’t have any issues with your current play style then they can be just as useful. Just know they can help. You may not know who the other two are but there is no shortage of people who know who they are. But it’s definitely nice to see them out there!

I think the problem is the same. You can do a decent team that's built from the ground up with high stats and mediocre stats, and there's no real weakness.

We do it to protect the league from a player with no cap space. They arent that great, they dont do any of the work and just stay in a team. We dont want to give up so many players over an asset so they get a better return. Its a bad idea
