- Tldr; I heard about a house move happening right now. I live in an area with lots housing stock. The square footage is going up but there’s not a lot of new construction going around. Houses are going for $1M+ whereas last year they were asking slightly over half that. There’d also been some inventory turnover. The market has stabilized somewhat, but realtors are still asking me about the market as we speak.
