- I mean it’s very common in Canada for a new guy to get a new girlfriend from the very beginning. It is a rite of passage for everyone and for women especially, it is a time to accept their new reality. I have met one girl in her late 20s who got her new guy when she was 16, and another 20s who got her new girlfriend when they were 20, both of them were incredible. I don’t think my own experience was any different. My ex was on crack at the time, and when I asked her if she would be okay with hooking up with someone else, she said it didn’t feel right and she didn’t want to talk about it. She didn’t want to go and find someone else, she just didn’t feel comfortable talking about it. She was 18 at the time so she was a little naïve - but hey, it was a new experience for her and she was 21 at the time. So yeah, it could happen to you. There are millions of similar stories out in the world.

She’s still a rockstar
- I wish she was still alive. I'd like to have her be a part of my life, be a good person, and live a happy life, but I think she would have been happier if she had gone sooner after her relapse. She never recovered from her addiction to crack, and she would’ve died without treatment. I’d say that’s probably why she was always in a bad mood. I wish she could live a full life.
