Since pee is stored in the balls, will I have to start wearing diapers if I get a vasectomy?

I was considering getting the surgery but I don't want to be incontinent.

If so, can I hang out my diapers to dry to save on cost?

Think about it like my favorite analogy I use with my patients.
Your cocknballs are just one of the paths. And so like when one highway has a car accident and traffic backs up, eventually cars will take an alternative route!

  Sadly after your balls are cut off you'll never get a "raise" again, so I guess it's all about your priorities.
