**(The title is a reference to my familys reaction to the first part of the post, which was to say, thank you so very much.) My wife and I are raising our daughter, who is a year old now. We have been raising her since she was a month old, and we have been doing everything we can to ensure that her brain is developing normally. I’m so sorry. My husband died 2 months ago, and my 2 year old daughter is currently learning to speak. I’m so sorry for your loss. You had a wonderful husband but sadly passed due to cancer 2 months ago. Your daughter has been through a lot in the time since and it's been really rough. I’m so proud of her and I wish you the best of luck in finding her a good loving mother. Yours has been a good marriage, but I hope you will find some comfort in knowing that I’m so proud of her for taking care of you during this time of your loss. I agree. I’m a dad now, so my dad was a really good one too. I’m a little boy now, so my dad is also a great one. My mom is the nicest, caring and supportive dad I’ve ever met, but I feel like a lot of dads do their work and tend to do it for a bit before their moms or siblings get them involved.
I think it's the perfect situation. I've never been with a woman before, and it’s a lot of fun. I’m glad we can make a difference in someone’s life. It's not like I have any issue with it, it’s just that I am in a very different place than them in terms of gender and sexuality.

Mmmm I don’t really know what to say about this. I’d imagine a huge difference for some folks. I was just thinking back to the past Christmas parties I’ve been to, and the dads’s wives and some of the guys that they’re talking about the sex they were having. I have to take a shower before bed, which means my hair needs washing regularly because the condition of my locks has become so bad that they need constant shampooing twice daily! For instance if someone asks how many children do they have now, answer 'no' without any further comment as this will be redundant later when discussing child care issues. If asked why he/she doesn't want kids anymore, say nothing but thank them again before continuing . You can also add some personal details such name(s), age, occupation etc., which should help reinforce their point even better once people read through all three responses together. Please note though, there may come times where we need additional context regarding certain subjects like divorce laws , adoption policies, medical conditions etc.. So please keep these things relevant while responding by providing us enough information
I would also say no if asked why he/she doesn't want toddlers or if asked why he/she doesn't want dogs . I am always surprised to see people assume that I am a clueless parent when I tell them I have both dogs and I also have toddlers . I do tell people that my dog is very affectionate to all dogs, and that they shouldn't judge me for it. Also I try to educate myself as much as possible so that I don't hurt their feelings. I do tell them I don't want toddlers or dogs. I don't want to be the reason a family member is getting into trouble. It's very frustrating knowing you don't want to talk about your baby because it's so annoying. It's usually very frustrating. I am not a parent but it's very annoying being told you don't have enough time. I'm not a parent, I just give them a heads up whenever I feel like they need more help, even if I am just as annoyed as they are.

My husband is such a wonderful father & a wonderful partner, but it has been taking a toll on me lately. He is the kindest, most thoughtful, kind, kind man and it has been affecting our family. He's always been the dad to my girls, they truly are his first and only, but they love me more than anything, and it has been a struggle for me to let them know that. I can see your point here. There’s nothing inherently wrong with quoting extensively, but there is an important difference between “when I quote extensively” and *when I dole out context”. When I do this, I tend towards brevity, because I fear that if I go over-the-top, I’m going to seem egotistical – even though those things are absolutely necessary to make a point. If your father (or other great-grandfather) did a little bit better than you, well, I bet you've got a dad. And as long as we can keep him alive we are all going to die. I've had plenty of good luck with older folks, especially if we know exactly what we're doing. It's important to build a tolerance towards old people so we don't become bitter and get down on themselves.
It’s been an absolute pleasure. This story has been the best of my career. I feel like a proud parent every time I tell someone about it. My family is in a very stable financial position. My parents have always been very generous with my finances and always supported me in ways they would never do. They just feel like I have grown up with the industry. I’ve worked so hard and sacrificed so much for it. It’s such a blessing. I hope that if you feel the loss of a parent, then you know that you’re in the hands of a professional. You need to get professional help ASAP. This is a very common occurrence. I’m afraid to say this because I don't feel like I have a support system in place. I’m afraid that if I were to leave this field, it would be a big deal for my mental and physical well-being. I fear that if I were to start this job and had to deal with the emotional turmoil of dealing with these parents, it would be so traumatic. I just want to say this to you all in a safe way. I am not asking to be anything other than just another cog in the machine. I am happy to have a supportive network that will always be there for me when I need it. I thought this was a joke at first but the next time I saw the link the posts were clearly posted from r/lies. It was actually funny. I would do the same thing with regard to the title if I had a nickel for every time people misconstrued it as a joke. I've seen people argue over which is the correct term to use when talking about something that is not really there or saying a rude thing to someone who they’re just trying to help.

I just wanted to say thank you for all the kind words and advice, your kind words make my day! I’ve always appreciated the work dads are doing in helping their sons and daughters to get through tough times. I have a lot of dads and I love how many dads are doing so much work to make a difference for the families they work for. I also want to share that I’ve been seeing your posts in my feed. I know that sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming to have all the dads in the same room talking about dads and other dads. It’s so much easier when there are just a handful of dads in a room!
I'm a dad in my 30s, and my son is on the same age. I'm not a dad on the level of my dad but I'm glad to have a dad friend who has been to so much of my weddings and is so loving, even if my son can be a bit stubborn. I hope you have a good time and enjoy your life. I know you will. :)
It's hard to talk to a guy in their 40s when the woman you're talking to is your age and you're saying how you wish your son the best, and you are willing to take the risk of coming out in public and potentially hurting him. It's like saying I hope I have your back so you don't hurt me in a way that sounds like she's trying to hurt you.

What the fuck? They need to learn some manners. I know this sounds really mean and rude but it's more of a rant and venting about my personal experience in the game.
