This is an excellent question, and I really think you got it right. It's an extremely common occurrence that we don't think about for a long time, even years after. Sometimes the symptom is that you develop a sudden "rush of adrenaline" and feel like you can't control how quickly and often it occurs, especially for women with anxiety. But that's not to say that they don't experience that, it just happens less often and less intensely. This is very common, particularly among people with depression or anxiety, and it is related to both the level of anxiety and how many times you think about it in the last year.

Yeah, it's an excellent question. I'm a pretty consistent writer (no excuse for this lol) and often forget to include a "fuck yes" in my questions. I always get them "no" or "yes" to things I write. So I usually ask for specific things such as: "Do you have a headache?" or "What is wrong with you?" but I feel like the odds that I'll get one are slim. So I feel that you're asking a good question.
This is true and it seems very common. I see it in my sleep all the time. I sleep and feel pretty comfortable. I know, I don't know that I'm not in the same class as most people who sleep like this. It's just an issue I'm working on in my sleep and I don't want to wake up at 7:30 in the morning and not want to wake up at 7:30 in the morning and that's that. I also do my morning job and don't want to wake up at 8am to be in a rush of adrenaline and start my morning and I also don't want to wake up at 8:30 in the morning.
