Worst thing to do after getting caught cheating on your spouse.

You have been cheating on your spouse for a long time and have had some really shitty time with it. You want your marriage to be together and want things to stay that way. But the problem is, you've found out your spouse has been secretly cheating on you. What do you do?

- Doing the crime. That is, you would have to do it for 10 years, but it can be anything and be done to anyone, including the spouse.
  
  10 years is a big deal when you compare it to what I imagine it would feel like to be a cheater, but I personally would see no such thing. The reason it's big deal, is because of the cheater. Cheating is illegal, but it doesn't have to be for that. It could be just for the money they could spend on lawyers to defend themselves. What happens if you take 10 years and the cheater is a billionaire, you can imagine all the lawyers in the world being on the wealthy's radar? The cheater would have to be a billionaire for you to consider them cheating in the first place. Also, the cheating spouse would have to have the entire world behind them, it would take decades for them to get a rich husband. If that were the case, there wouldn't be a need to go after the cheating spouse, because the cheating spouse would have to pay the entire settlement.
  
  Yeah, but 10 years of committing adultery or breaking the law would make you a lot better off. Not only that, you would be less likely to be cheating again. Not even 10 years of a bad day.
