I've been experiencing a weird case of mine for months

My brain has a hard time processing what I feel, so my body needs to do the same: It puts on weight too much! So that gives me an issue… In order for someone to stay healthy they need to eat right . The problem here is dieting requires calories from carbs , protein (which can be found at any grocery store) and fat (usually purchased online).

If you are going thru something like this, you can find a solution that works for you. the situation is weird because you are in a very difficult place. some time you feel a little strange, but you don't really want to admit that you feel strange. eeed to just go ahead and tell everyone what happened, but instead of being upfront about it, you have to be upfront about your experience. that’d probably end up making people think that you are not the person they wanted when you were younger.

You may be curious as to what i'd suggest.
