Wearing collar bone in public

I know wearing a collar bone around your neck in public is extremely cringe and cringe like the plague. But the truth is, if someone wants to wear a collar bone around your neck in public they don’t need to put it on. Just because you’re a collar bone aficionado doesn’t mean you’ll sit down for the rest of your day wearing one. I see women constantly complain about being “curb-shirted” or “neck-snapped” or “neck-attended” or “neck-snapped.” Why even wear a collar bone if you can’t sit down? It’s pointless. Just like wearing a skullcap or skullcap at a carnival. People are just getting creative.
