They won a lawsuit from the ACLU that said they were denied treatment because of their sexuality. The ACLU was very critical of the law.
It is the best case to have won the lawsuit.
If you can deny people their rights because of their sexuality, there’s no real reason to do that. People can still enjoy their sexuality, they just don’t get to enjoy their own sexual identity. This is why you should not be denied a doctor’s appointment over your sexual identity. The only person to be denied this was a guy, but he was also very vocal and vocal about his sexuality. He was denied treatment because he had a vagina. What the guy said was: I don’t have a vagina but I feel very comfortable with one. That’s enough to make me feel more comfortable about being gay. But the reason I say that is because I know that there’s a large group of straight guys who don’t know any of this. They want to have a “gay cure” on us because it’s better than being straight. We are not that group.

The ACLU is not as well known as they should be, and have been a long time enemy of trans rights. They did try to help me. They were also a key part of the gay marriage movement. The ACLU really only ever fought for me when they thought I was a man, which they did not. They were very hostile towards trans people and would even break up relationships with us.

Can confirm. I was on the clinic and saw one of the two in court and they were just so cool about it and so supportive and really seemed like it was just their own preference. If this happened again Im sure its the most wonderful news Ive ever seen.

I'm a bit confused, because the lawsuit is a win, but it seems to be a win for a non-binary person who was denied treatment for being bisexual. They won the case in the first place because a trans person is a valid and protected group, but because a non-binary person is not. I don't think it's a win for the trans community or for nonbinary people in general, but it seems a win for this person who was denied treatment for being trans.
