This one is probably the most requested one, so naturally I get my recommendation. It’s a lot of fun, but sometimes people get shy, so I don’t ask too often. I like to encourage other modders to come over and play, even if it’s just to mess with the other people. I also like to encourage mods to do their own thing. Stuffs fun to watch. I don’t mind having the modding community be the same. Some of the better mods are: danyc (for creating custom dakimakuras for dakimakuras, and rimworld for creating new rimworlds) and u/73ff94 (for making new mods for rimworld). I personally find rimworld’s a bit annoying. They make a lot of decisions based on how the community would interact. They don’t take into account that not everybody is a fan of what they have. I like rimworld. I just don’t like it, and it feels so different. I think that’s how my experience with mods is, though. I use: rimworld (for rimworld’s rimworld), and ck3 (for rimworld’s ck3). Other popular mods are: dankmeme (for making memes about dank memes), d_rall (for making rall’s, and r/sexystories), and ck3b (for making fun of other people’s ck3b accounts). I have a few dozen saved games to keep me busy. I have no interest in having my mods get in my way, or have me begrudgingly follow their lead. I am not an enraptured fan. I do not need to get hung up over a game’s quality or the story being told. I just want to enjoy the game, and have fun doing so. I hope that clears things up.

My favourite is definitely the weather pack. It adds so much more life and variety to the game than anything that can come out of the weather packs.

That's a lie! I've been playing with it for 15 years now, and still don't know what the mods do!
- Mods are good, but it's better to have them disabled. Vanilla can be awesome and all but its a bit of a chore to have every single action you make take take longer than necessary

I like this mod because the random townie interactions are sooo interesting. I've always been a huge modder. I don't get to play with mods that often, so it was always a point of contention when we first got into TS4, that the game didn't have enough mods to run properly.

- My cat is so adorable, the one I hate so much is actually interesting. It doesn't even bother me when it's funny. Like it’s so cool, the fact that it isn’t cute at all, I’m so glad it doesn’t exist but it’s so fun to watch.
