How's your language learning going this week? - Weekly thread

5 days behind schedule due to back problems... I thought staying in the hospital would have given me free time but man, it was really hard to motivate myself to do anything when I can't sit. At least everything got better and I am almost done with my newbie Japanese book.
- Ah shit.. Hope your back problems get fixed soon.. That sucks. And yeah I can't do any studying laying down either.
  Really happy to hear you are almost done with your book! You can do it man, 5 days behind is all good, it's a long game!
Not bad. I set a task for myself to complete at least one mini lesson daily on the site I use for learning, so progress is slow but steady :) it would help to have someone to practice with but I don’t have the time to commit to that right now.

  I totally get the practice buddy thing. If I had time I'd love to stay accountable to someone. These weekly threads are that for me.

Studied Japanese, Irish and Spanish for roughly 30 mins most days this week. Something happened to me yesterday so now I'm completely knackered and just want to give today a rest, but most likely won't. I'll be diving into it once I have my dinner.
Been using various study apps I found on Steam. They help keep me going.

  I started off with this one, then maxed out achievements, then am on your one now and trying to max out achievements. On level 35/50 atm. Then will be heading back to Spirit City after, just because there's more to unlock on that one.
