WomensStuff are you more likely to regret something you did, or something you didn't do?

I'd say it's a solid 50/50 these days. If I force myself to follow ambitious plans, anything to do with what others might think of me, or socialize too much when I actually should be resting I will certainly regret it. I try to access my feelings and find out what really matters to me. Those are the things that make me feel more alive. Hard to find the difference but I'm getting better at it. Most FOMO can go fuck itself these days.
Most of my regrets are things i didn't do, chances i didn't take. There are some people i hurt and poor decisions i made but largely there were reasons those things happened. With the things I didn't do it was almost always just fear.
Depends on if the thing aligns with who I imagine myself to be.
If I believe that I am a kind person would the thing align with that belief?
If I also believe myself to be a good Christian would that action be aligned with this self belief as well?
Repeat through my own self beliefs and usually what most aligns with who I believe myself to be; tends to be the thing that I regret the least.
I find trying to be what others want but not trying to be who I am is what caused most of my regrets.
I usually do even the silliest/craziest things that come to my mind. So mostly regret doing things instead if not doing then
