Now you can never trust those numbers ever again
- You can't trust any information coming out of the american government now. Who will risk their job now that being honest will just get you fired.

Is Trump stupid? Doesn't he have any advisors? He could have easily harassed and forced them to resign or get them killed in a few months but he decided to make it obvious by firing her within 24 hours of a bad data release.
- Job numbers are released every month, no idea what they call their Labour Force Survey but numbers are published every month.
  
  Even then, he had a month at the least.
