could you help me find a working email address by a company (called ride) so they send me a pkpass file with my transportation data?

this is a continuation post to my last one about using my Deutschland-Job-ticket on my smartphone

After writing to the local public transportation authority inquiring about pkpass files to avoid using google, they recommended contacting the firm in charge, called ride. They said they do offer pkpass files for any relevant device (meaning apple probably)

On this webpage I found no email address but an online form / input mask. I wrote an email and so far, no answer.

is there anything else I can do? I know that application form is only for new customers and it's not realistic to receive an answer for a technical matter from them, but they don't offer any technical support.
