I've always been the kid taking something apart in the living room floor, what are you outside of society and capitalism?

One of my personal rules had to become "don't take it apart unless it broken". My wife hates that everyone brings me stuff to fix or explore. I'll be trying to get into the remote and heart monitor connected to my death bed.
