Weird Issue - Auto Scrolling to the top

Does anyone else have this odd issue when browsing lemmy where it will auto snap to the top of the page every 2 seconds?

Are you browsing "new" on "all" on desktop? That's a known bug. But otherwise, first I've heard of that.
