So…. A dick graffiti is so much worse than a damaging pothole that gets the government ass in gear. What a bunch of prude assholes!

Please don’t copy it? This tactic is effective, and I’ve been reading about it for years. It’s been copied plenty, and nothing that Portland “officials” say will change that.

What I hear is "please do___ copy it".
