Who were the targets? This one might actually be interesting.
- Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the shooter’s motives were still unclear. “We believe this to be a lone shooter and there is no longer an active threat to the public,” she added.
  Not much information as yet. This is a developing story and I'll update the link as more information comes in.
Interesting to see what we learn about this. I live a short walk from where this happened. 😶
- If it was someone actually attempting to make a positive impact I think law enforcement and news agencies will be heavily incentivized to bury the story ASAP.
