The only person in USA without a gun.

What is the motive behind this?

Yeah, shooter here, stabber there... But nobody writes about their reasoning. Not so clickbaity? Or nobody can actually figure out why?
- You can see him in the parking lot video. The guy looks EXTREMELY disheveled. I'd be giving him a real wide berth if I were in a store with him.
