To be a little bit fair, between the two seasons the DCEU came to an end, the entire studio was handed to new creators, and a new DCU was formed.If this were the only thing on James Gunn's plate we might have gotten it sooner.Assuming season 3+, I expect it won't take 5 years.
Yeah but miniseries are expected to end at the end of the series. These multipart movies have sequels.
and for 6-8 episodes for some of these shows. just like with orville which took 6 years just to make 3 measly seasons.
5 years is a long time for a show. They just need to call them what they are, multipart movies.
