It looks like it is wearing a sarouel.
- I had to look that word up, but I agree! I think most people here would call them harem pants, but I don't know if that word is passé, so I like your word better.
  I think of them as Hammer pants. 😁
  
  Hammer time! I think it looks like it’s wearing one of those fancy designer dresses that are unwearable in real life, but a sarouel works too.
  
  I just put the french word. I figured that specialise clothing world of foreign origin would be the same in french and english.
