Well... I'll have to go shop somewhere else.
I've stopped buying at MediaMarkt/Saturn long ago because of their non-existing customer service. I've had nothing but bad experiences everytime I have had to contact them.
I had the opposite experience with Mediamarkt here in Sweden, we had customer support go above and beyond to help us, even in those instances we ourselves were partially to blame for some product issues.
They weren’t making any profits here though, so the Norwegian electronics chain Power bought their Swedish operations.
