Fears Hong Kong dissidents in UK will be returned under law change

Ministers have announced a law change which could permit individual extradition on a “case-by-case” basis.

The statutory instrument would re-establish what is essentially a backdoor extradition route with Hong Kong, as well as Zimbabwe.
