Not a fan of him, but some Americans trying to learn who is the Marcos Jr. running the house right now.

The orange bastard thinks Junior is one and the same, except Junior is more of a Marcos family nerd of sorts, while his sister Imee is now also his archenemy and allied to Duterte, and happens to inherit much more of her father's egomania.

Nonetheless, they are both successful beneficiaries of mass disinformation and hatred. The thing is, however, in terms of political stability the Philippines now seems a lot milder compared to the mounting ongoing oppression in the US.

Japan and the Philippines... Which countries host us military bases atm? I smell some coercion.
- Japan has most of the bases, but half the Japanese feel like chafing while wearing the American security blanket and the other half itching to modify or repeal Article 9 for rearmament, while the PH -- no formal US basing since 1992 -- is naked in the face of Mainland Chinese aggression and needing the investments of any kind, even if they have to deal with a two-faced liar and his vicious cabinet and legislature.
