The LAPD described the person who shot the driver as "a Hispanic male
Oh dear... I guess now 300 ICE goons will descend on LA to search for hispanic males to deport, and 20,000 troups will be deployed to protect them or something.
The guy used a (very) deadly weapon to attack people en masse. If theres ever a time to shoot someone, Id say this qualifies. But no, this reads much closer to the driver being framed as a victim.
- He was shot after the collision. It doesn't seem that this qualifies.
When officers arrived, they found the driver being assaulted by bystanders and determined he had sustained a gunshot wound

was it an accident or a terrorist attack?
- The guy was kicked out of the club a few minutes before the crash for being an intoxicated nuisance. Based on what the investigators are saying about the footage, he drove into the crowd intentionally by manuvering around a bus to get onto the sidewalk. No obvious terrorism here, imo.
