What is the fastest way to get banned from a platform or community?

Post CP, probably*
I don't think it would be any faster than just posting obvious spam.
As a mod, I usually have some restraint regarding bans, but blatant violations such as CP or spam are basically just down to awareness and reaction.
I mod a few popular communities, and I haven't seen CP yet. It's mostly the occasional spam and people who are still incapable of self regulating.
People who wanted to 'detox' from the chans used to do it, and if it works there it works anywhere! Well, besides certain governmental and clerical group chats, I guess. 🙃
By going to a tankie community on a tankie instance and air your opinion on the Soviet Union or church name China (ducking autocorrect) while citing sources
You can even get banned by the head Lemmy dev if you do that on any .ml instance lmao
Spam is the most universal one. No platform likes spam, regardless of their user base.
This is the correct answer. Larger platforms will have some kind of automatic spam filter which autobans accounts that spampost e.g. random links.
Any kind of content-related ban often takes slightly longer, because you have to hit the right keywords and a human may have to rubber-stamp it.
Ask an admin.
Harass an admin.
A simple request is sufficient, I'm only a moderator, but I'm happy to accommodate a request :)
