Trump branded, browbeat and prevailed. But his big bill may come at a political cost

This is when the media digests the realities of this dictatorship and puts it all to bed when it moves on to everything else he does.

They've said the same sort of things for most everything involving him for at least a decade now. Somehow he defies all logic and comes out ahead in the end every time. I have little hope this time will be "the one that's different."

I keep trying to just ignore it all for my own mental well-being, but I just can't be that selfishly callous about all this destruction of our country. I soooo wish I could.

I propose a deliberate and precise tracker of the names and records of all of the people in coming years who are going to needlessly die as a result of being denied healthcare because of the Medicaid cuts, with the express purpose of then entering them into evidence in the manslaughter trials of Trump, Vance, and every Congressperson who voted in favor of this bill.

I'm only half kidding.

I've seen people suggesting the Dem should showcase just how many people this has harmed/killed as we see its effects take hold.

I like the idea, but I'd be surprised to see most Dems get onboard with this messaging, other than the usual handful you'd expect. So many others are nutless wonders looking for "balance" and "reaching across the aisle" with their "colleagues".....FUCK THAT NOISE.
