Guys, I figured it out, Novemeber the days are shorter so you will see a lot more of them. Since its July they are all taking shelter from the sun.

They do exist, but seemingly not in the US anymore. In Canada we call them Progressive Conservatives (basically "be as gay as you want but don't raise my taxes") and they're becoming a dying breed too.

  It's true, we really do have them! There was even a gay progressive conservative premier (governor equivalent) in my province.
Everyone is fiscally conservative. Absolutely nobody wants their goals met with more cost than necessary. Meaningless weasle words from people with ulterior motives.
The ideology is real, the representation is virtually non-existent. One can support human rights and social programs while standing firmly against governmental expansion, private sector subsidies, and business tax credits. You just won’t have anyone to represent you in most governments.

  I’m referring to the political ideology. It’s not exclusive to the US.
