given that Elon Musk's SpaceX has just recorded its fourth failed rocket launch in a row, they will no doubt be paying attention to how Honda approaches its launches.
That's a bit disingenuous. First, SpaceX has not had 4 launch failures in a row. The Starship has had 4 test flights in a row end in explosion, but SpaceX has had other successful launches between the Starship explosions. Also, the Honda rocket is not comparable to Starship, it is closer to the Falcon.
It is quite ok to congratulate Honda on their accomplishment without even mentioning Musk, much less by drawing false comparisons.
