Fun bit for the west tip of Maryland, that's a resort area so lots of people from NOVA, DC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, etc... have vacation homes there, greatly inflating the median home price.
- It's the same with the red spot in north-western Michigan. A lot of cottages for rich people from the southern cities in michigan.
