I mean, anybody using deepin kinda is getting what they asked for. It was always a dodgy distro.
"Always Listening Always Here" sounds like a threat.
For anyone else who asked:
WTF is deepin?It's less fun than the first guess I came up with based on the name "deep in", and it's really just a Chinese Linux Distro with a bunch of re-packaged and/or proprietary applications. Which, one would expect, to be completely balls "deep in" your private information.
It's great I just switched to deepin yesterday 🇨🇳
Im really intrigued by this but I hate that I can't find the license. Im especially annoyed that I can't even find it on distro watch. Whats the point of an open source website if license is not one of the things about the distro it lists. I wish this was more of a european project and bigger bonus if it was nordic or french.
