Fireside Fedi keeps releasing awesome podcasts on PeerTube with guests from all around the Fediverse.
I check FediDB for new PieFed instances from time to time. feddit.com looks interesting, while not ready yet, it uses a different UI for PieFed which looks really good.
I'm still in the process of hosting my own single user PieFed instance, but learning Docker, Portainer, Traefik, ufw and general Debian server stuff is overwhelming. Maybe I should just do a barebone install. It's only a small VPS anyway.
