Court says no 'qualified immunity' for Missouri cops who failed to provide medical aid after using PIT maneuver to cause fatal wreck

To be clear, causing the fatal wreck was AOK with the court. They're just saying, maybe the cops should've administered CPR or called for paramedics instead of cracking jokes and smoking cigarettes after the crash.

Also, gotta love the dissenting opinion — that police are under no obligation to render any assistance at all, since they hadn't placed the dying man under arrest.
