Palestinian citizens of Israel (about 20% of the population) generally have access to public bomb shelters. But:
• Many Arab towns and villages reportedly lack adequate shelter infrastructure.
• Some communities are underfunded in civil defense preparedness compared to Jewish areas.
• Human rights groups and local leaders have long raised this as a safety and equality issue.Israel, please fix this yesterday!
