Does anyone here do this? I enjoy rope play, but my wife isn't as big on kinks or sex as I am, so I often need to practice on myself to explain to them how to rig me. Plus it's just fun. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this or tips specifically for doing it to yourself.
It's quite easy to tie legs. I would never tie up both arms, safety first lol.

How about harnesses made with buckles and loops instead of knots? I feel like elastic is more relevant for parts like waistbands and cuffs since that's what is used for wearable medical devices and for clothes.
Elastic is actually bad for kink as it tightens more on its own.
