UK votes to decriminalise abortion after prosecutions of some women

I was confused when I read it, cos it's legal here. It seems that they're not prosecuting anyone that aborts outside of the rules. I totally agree with the female MP quoted "Originally passed by an all-male parliament elected by men alone, this Victorian law is increasingly used against vulnerable women and girls."
