It's not a problem if you have a modicum of patience (the video takes like 10 seconds longer to load and that's all I'm seeing different), but I do love the passive-aggressive little "Experiencing interruptions? Find Out Why" popup they've implemented to show up in the bottom corner. So, so petty. Whatever executive came up with that idea is an absolute tool lol

It's been going on a while now. I think the best end result is any unofficial client should look so similar to TV set top boxes or other alternative clients that it degrades the service for the average user if Google tries segregating the clients.
I wonder if thats why ytdl been slow recently? either way it doesn't bother me really, if its a video i plan watching il just predl it on tp my media server and skip all ads/tracking
