The female TikTokers silenced through murder: Women influencers around the world are killed for simply speaking online

This is a tough one for me: I'm opposed to femicide, but I only wish the absolute worst on influencers.

There are women who get killed for speaking up, but the latest one the article also admits is probably not one of them.

A 22-year-old man has confessed to killing her after she allegedly rejected him romantically.

And that is a much larger issue with many more killings than the influencer one. We need to look at that more.

Every day this gets weirder to say but please - do not use big social media where your real information is required. Don't use it. Don't sign up. Delete it, right away. It was never, ever a good idea.
