Will these be the AR glasses that take off? This tech has been 'about to take off' for some years now.
So this is really interesting, the general consensus is that with the current iteration looking like real glasses, the general populus won't react negatively and so they'll have a real chance of gaining traction and with Snap, Meta and Google all releasing new products, I think the price will make them accessible enough that they have a real chance.
The Meta Quest 3 is the one I've found most appealing. Using it as a virtual desktop or entertainment screen looks genuinely useful, though shame it still looks so ungainly.
